40 years in business and looking ahead

Our Customers, Their cars. Our business!

Mitek, 40 years old! Now what?

40 years of commitment, adaptability, and the pure love of fine cars. These are the traits that we at Mitek aspire to live by every day. We built Mitek to provide the best collision and autobody services, acquiring the knowledge and expertise that is needed to repair and restore fine automobiles to their pre-collision state. Since 1980, It has been our passion to strive to be the best that we can be. And now 40 years in the making, we look to the future to continue to be the premier Auto Body Repair shop, serving Kitchener, Waterloo. Cambridge, Guelph, and the surrounding region.

Our business is changing, and we expect to witness unprecedented industry changes in the post-pandemic era. Our customers expect and do receive our utmost attention and care. We also see more demanding manufacturers who expect nothing but the best repair job possible for their brand. We see evolving technology in the industry as cars become more complicated and we plan to keep ahead of the curve for our customers and dealer partners.

We look forward to the future with a promise to continue to grow with knowledge and training with our clients’ best interests in mind.

To our dealer partners, we will continue to work closely with you to build closer ties while delivering excellence in our work and service. And to our (OEM) Manufacturer Partners we will continue to work to meet your certification standards while building the best technical team in Canada.

And finally, to our customers, we exist because of the trust you put in us to restore your premium cars to their pre-collision condition. We will continue to work and to earn that trust.
